SPS TIMELINE:

1964: Founded and led by President Hugh Duncan Sr.

1995: Hugh Duncan Jr. takes over as President and immediately began making huge impacts to the business by investing in new technology and automation.

2025: Hugh Duncan Jr. officially retired and has passed the reins of Southern Precision Spring to his son, William. Under William's leadership, the company’s culture continues to evolve, and he is diligently focused on developing the next generation of skilled spring makers in Charlotte, NC.
