Founded in 1956 by President Hugh Duncan Sr., the company established a strong reputation for precision craftsmanship, dependable service, and long-term customer relationships. In 1995, Hugh Duncan Jr. assumed leadership and made an immediate impact by investing in new technology and automation, helping modernize operations while preserving the company’s commitment to quality and reliability.
In 2025, Hugh Duncan Jr. officially retired and passed leadership to his son, William, who continues to guide the company forward with a focus on strengthening its culture and developing the next generation of skilled spring makers in Charlotte.
